GJ Kulkarni, CEO of Humanitics was an invited speaker at PowerHR Forum on "Best Practices in Performance Management" and implementation strategies for Performance Related Pay (PRP) at PSUs. He spoke about rapid and template based implementation of PRP and its benefits.
Power HR Forum is one of the biggest not for profit association in Power Sector, and has been promoted to explore synergistic opportunities in Power Sector for mutual learning and growth. To this end, the Forum creates several innovative opportunities for networking, sharing of expertise, capabilities & best practices to promote better management of Human Resource in Power Sector. At present there are 13 premier power utilities namely BBMB, DVC, NEEPCO, NHPC, NTPC, PFC, POWERGRID, REC, SJVN, THDC as organization members and NPCIL, PTCUL, UPCL as Associate Members. These 13 premier power utilities have a combined manpower strength of around 0.10 millionand about 50,000 MW power and about 72,000 km of transmission lines in India!

RGCI, one of the finest cancer hospital/research institutes in the country, has commissioned Humanitics to conduct work study on HR practices and assist in health care IT implementation. CSIR - Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, the premier body of Govt of India dedicated to research in science and technology has chosen HR2-Gov software through an open competitive bid process to transform the Human Resource practices. The HR consulting partner, Right Management ( A Manpower Inc. Company) and SI partner Mphasis (A HP Company) chose HR2-Gov from Humanitics to solve complex HR process issues within CSIR.
