GJ Kulkarni, CEO of Humanitics was an invited speaker at PowerHR Forum on "Best Practices in Performance Management" and implementation strategies for Performance Related Pay (PRP) at PSUs. He spoke about rapid and template based implementation of PRP and its benefits.

 

Power HR Forum is one of the biggest not for profit association in Power Sector, and has been promoted to explore synergistic opportunities in Power Sector for mutual learning and growth. These 13 premier power utilities have a combined manpower strength of around 0.10 millionand about 50,000 MW power and about 72,000 km of transmission lines in India!
