Microsoft and Humanitics held a Human Resources conclave for senior government officials on 6th April 2010 in New Delhi and unveiled latest offering from Humanitics: the Dynamics XRM version of HR2.
This version of the product brings all the classical features and benefits of HR2-Gov and adds on technology features of Dynamics platform.
Humanitics, India's leading Human Resource Management Information System company along with Microsoft India organized a 'Human Resource Conclave' and demonstrated a unique purpose built software application that allows government organizations to automate their HR processes with the power of technology. The application "HR2-GOV" is developed using Microsoft's Dynamics xRM framework that helps users make changes quickly without having to write software code. The Conclave was attended by senior executives from various government and public sector organizations.
The conclave was primarily focused on handling various challenges faced by government organizations while managing employment life cycle and the change management required by Human Resource Department. Humanitics' HR2-GOV (HRMIS) automates 126 processes within the governmental HR arena and is a leading application software built especially for government and public sector organizations.
At the conclave Mr. Sushant Dwivedy- Director SMS&P, Public Sector, Microsoft India spoke about the need for change in HR practices that has become critical due to the dynamic landscape of employment within India. He stated that, "Government organizations today are influenced by changes which are altering the way in which they relate to their employees, beginning with the need to retain talent, to government regulations around HR which need to be adhered to -quick responsiveness to change is critical to government organizations now more than ever before. HR2 -GOV is a comprehensive HR solution developed on Microsoft Dynamics XRM framework and is a proficient tool to help organizations align themselves quickly to the needs of the hour." Microsoft xRM framework brings significant value to your IT environment both today and tomorrow. By using xRM framework, customers do not need to build applications in a hard coded way instead it uses application and data services provided in the xRM framework to build newer set of applications. It significantly reduces time to build such applications in addition to providing flexibility to manage the ongoing changes very easily and quickly.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. G. J. Kulkarni, CEO, Humanitics, emphasized more on the need of HRMIS application software that can bring significant value to customer's requirements in terms of adaptability to change, minimizing vendor dependency & user training to reduce the cost of operations at the same time, HR2-GOV built using Microsoft xRM provides all these features. HR2-GOV covers all the features required by any government organization and maintains complete employment life cycle.
India is a multilingual country with 18 formal languages. HR2- GOV is capable of being delivered in all 18 different Indian languages, "Establishment departments in Government organization in India will now be able to use all the HR processes in their own language" added Mr. Kulkarni.
Besides adaptability to change, another USP of HR2-GOV is its ease of use. Unlike some other HR systems that require extensive training for usage, HR2-GOV requires minimum training efforts because of user's familiarity with MS Office suite. Based on Microsoft xRM framework, HR2-GOV provides a user-friendly and same level of User Interface that is familiar to Microsoft office users in India. We could achieve the same Usability because of Microsoft xRM framework added Mr. Kulkarni.
